This policy statement outlines the procedures and guidelines for participating in instructor-led training provided by Climber Ready, the purchase of our coaching tool PeakProfiler, and purchasing through our shop.

Our goal is to offer a safe, enjoyable, and productive learning environment for all participants. Please read the following policies carefully to understand our processes and your rights.

 

Ordering a Lesson

1. BOOKING PROCESS:
▪️ Lessons can be booked online through our website 24/7.
▪️ Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
▪️ Please ensure all information provided is accurate to avoid delays in processing your order.
▪️ If you encounter any issues while placing your order, please contact our bookings team at [email protected] .


2. CONFIRMATION:
▪️ Once your booking and payment are received, you will receive an email confirmation with details of the lesson.
▪️ A welcome letter will be sent to you including date, time, location, and instructor information.

 

Cancellation

1. PARTICIPANT-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS:
▪️ Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund.
▪️ Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the lesson will receive a 50% refund.
▪️ No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson.


2. ORGANISATION-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS:
▪️ We reserve the right to cancel lessons due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, instructor availability, or safety concerns.
▪️ In the event of a cancellation initiated by Climber Ready, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

Safety Guidelines

1. HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS:
▪️ Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in climbing activities.
▪️ Participants should be in good physical condition and prepared for the physical demands of climbing.

 

2. EQUIPMENT AND ATTIRE:
▪️ All necessary climbing equipment will be provided.
▪️ Participants may use their own equipment if it meets our safety standards.
▪️ Proper climbing attire is required. This includes comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, appropriate harness and climbing shoes (rentals are available).

 

3. INSTRUCTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️ Our instructors are certified professionals trained in climbing techniques, safety procedures, safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults, and first aid.
▪️ Instructors will conduct a safety briefing before each lesson and ensure that all participants understand the safety protocols.

 

4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️ Prior to the lesson starting a waiver form (sent via JotForm) will be sent to you that must be signed and returned.
▪️ Participants must adhere to the safety instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors.
▪️ Any hazardous behaviour or failure to follow safety protocols may result in immediate removal from the lesson without a refund.

 

5. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:
▪️ In the event of an emergency, participants must follow the instructor’s directions and remain calm.
▪️ Emergency contact information must be provided at the time of booking.

Ordering

1. PRODUCT SELECTION:
▪️ You have the option to select a demo version or licensed.
▪️ Orders can be placed through our website 24/7.
▪️ Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.
▪️ Please ensure all information provided is accurate to avoid delays in processing your order.

Cancellation

1. BEFORE DELIVERY:
▪️ If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided the software has not yet been delivered.
▪️ Please contact our support team immediately to request a cancellation.


2. AFTER DELIVERY:
▪️ Once the software has been delivered via email, cancellations are not permitted.

 

Shipping via Email

1. DELIVERY METHOD:
▪️ Our software is delivered digitally via email to the address provided during the checkout process.

2. DELIVERY TIME:
▪️ You can expect to receive your software within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

 

Items Not Working as Designed

1. ISSUE REPORTING:
▪️ If you encounter any issues with the tool that prevents it from working as designed, please contact our support team at immediately.

2. SUPPORT PROCESS:
▪️ Our team will assist you in troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
▪️ If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer a refund.

 

Refunds

1. ELIGIBILITY:
▪️ Refunds are only available if the tool does not function as designed and cannot be resolved through our support process.

2. PROCESS:
▪️ To request a refund, contact our support team with a detailed description of the issue.
▪️ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
▪️ Refunds are not available for software that has been used successfully, software delivered as described, or issues arising from user error or incompatibility with the user's system.

 

Licenses

1. LICENSE AGREEMENT:
▪️ By purchasing our tool, you agree to the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided with your purchase.

2. SINGLE USE:
▪️ Each license purchased is for a single user or device, unless otherwise specified.

4. LICENSE TRANSFER:
▪️ Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared or sold to another party.

5. COMPLIANCE:
▪️ Users must comply with all licensing terms and conditions to avoid penalties or termination of the license.

Faulty Items

1. ISSUE REPORTING:

Refunds

1. ELIGIBILITY:
▪️ Refunds are available for items returned within 10 days of purchase.
▪️ Items must be in their original condition and packaging and unworn.

2. PROCESS:
▪️ To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with return instructions and a return shipping address.
▪️ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
▪️ Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty item.
